Code of Conduct

The EMN Collective, led by Amber Villarreal, is dedicated to fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients, team members, and community participants.

1. Professional Behavior

All participants are expected to act with courtesy, honesty, and professionalism in both digital and in-person interactions.

2. No Tolerance for Discrimination

Discrimination or harassment of any kind — including based on race, gender, identity, age, or disability — is not tolerated.

3. Respect for Confidentiality

Participants must respect the confidentiality of others. Sharing private information without consent is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, materials, or strategies from The EMN Collective without express written permission.

5. Reporting Violations

To report misconduct or violations of this Code, please contact us immediately. Violators may be removed from programs or services without refund.

6. Consequences

Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, removal from services, and/or permanent bans from future engagement.
